What are my options for payment methods?

We use Stripe for all forms of payment. As a customer, you can pay directly through your card. Stripe's rules of conduct are the one that applies.

Can i return my products?

You may return or replace your product / products up to 2 weeks after the product has been shipped.

What are my cancellation rights?

The right of withdrawal is valid from the date your products have been delivered and 2 weeks ahead. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after the product / products have arrived at our warehouse. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund opened / used products

When will I have my shipment?

As soon as possible but the target is 3-5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs 39: - If you order over 500, the order will be freight free.

When will my order arrive?

We will process your order as soon as possible and the normal delivery time is 2-5 days after your purchase has been completed.

I do not have any order confirmation?

Order Confirmation should arrive within one minute after the purchase is completed. Verify that the order confirmation has not gotten in the spam and contact us and we will assist you.

Where will my order be delivered?

The package is always delivered to the nearest Schenker service center. Fill in the correct zip code as it is the zip code that controls where your package ends. During delivery, you can track the package at mailnord.se with your package number, which you will find in the delivery email. As soon as the package has arrived at your service, an SMS notification will be sent to you, which you will need in conjunction with valid identification when extracting. You can also use your package number to redeem your order. Important that your name complies with your credentials in order to be able to extract your package.

My package is damaged, what do I do?

If the package and / or content are damaged when you recieve it, you must report it directly to the service center. Please take a picture of the damage on site and report directly to Customer Service.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

For all packages not collected within 14 days, we charge the customer a fee of 150 kr. The fee corresponds to the actual costs of return, handling fee and handling in total. Payment terms are 30 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee (the amount allowed under law below SEK 50) is payable as well as late payment and, if applicable, collection costs. If you repent when the package has been sent from us, you will need to pick up the package at your service center and return it to us with the customer return or contact us and tell you that you are unable to retrieve the package.

Have you recieved my return?

As soon as we have received and handled your return, we will send you an email with additional information about the refund.. When you submit your return to your agent, you will receive a receipt with a tracking number. You can track the return on Postnord's website, by remembering to always receive and save the receipt.
